As Director of Financial Planning, Brad focuses on understanding, researching, planning, and implementing our clients' financial goals. He examines clients’ financial positions and suggests holistic solutions. Brad is a member of the firm's investment committee, and portfolio management team and helps manage multiple portfolio systems. Brad is also a frequent guest speaker to Fortune 500 companies throughout the U.S. and is often quoted in the media. Prior to joining New England Financial Planning Group, Brad worked as a financial planner in both Los Angeles and Boston.
Brad earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University, in Washington DC, and graduated, with distinction, from UCLA's Personal Financial Planning program. Brad began his transition to financial planning over ten years ago from a successful career as a television and radio host. He has worked for ABC, NBC, and CBS Radio. His combination of talents enables him to easily connect and communicate with clients one-on-one to collaboratively determine their path to financial independence. In addition to holding the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, Brad also holds Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
Brad is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Massachusetts (FPA-MA), and actively serves on their board of directors. He is a member of the Television Academy, where he is an official Emmy Awards voter, and the Massachusetts Broadcasters Association. Brad donates time and his hair to Boston Children's Hospital and to mentoring broadcasting students.
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, and in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements.
